Website is intended for Canadian patients who have been prescribed REZUROCK. REZUROCK is used to treat adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older with chronic graft-versus-host disease who have received at least two previous treatments.

TAKING REZUROCK

REZUROCK 200-mg tablet is taken orally once a day with a meal

Take REZUROCK with food AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME EACH DAY.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. DO NOT CUT, CRUSH, OR CHEW THE TABLET.

If you miss a dose, take the missed tablet as soon as possible on the same day if it is less than 12 hours since your dose was due. If it is more than 12 hours, do not take it. Take the next dose at your usual time. DO NOT TAKE AN EXTRA DOSE to make up for the missed dose.

  • If you think you, or a person you are caring for, have taken too much REZUROCK, contact a healthcare professional, hospital emergency department, regional poison control centre or Health Canada’s toll-free number, 1-844 POISON-X (1-844-764-7669) immediately, even if there are no signs or symptoms.
  • Take your next dose at your regular time on the next day.
